Paving Crew Member (Wasatch Paving)
Join our paving division—Wasatch Paving. We pave high-end driveways, asphalt patches, and small commercial lots. Positions available for laborers, rakers, roller operators, and CDL drivers.
Responsibilities:
- Prep, grade, and finish asphalt jobs
- Operate paving equipment (roller, plate, etc.)
- Help with cleanup, handwork, and patching
Requirements:
- Asphalt or dirt work experience preferred (but we'll train)
- Good attitude, attention to detail
- Transportation to Heber shop
Construction Laborer (Excavation)
Looking for motivated laborers to join our excavation crew. No experience? No problem—we'll train the right people. If you show up ready to work and learn, there's room to grow here.
Responsibilities:
- Site cleanup and hand digging
- Assisting operators with layout, pipe, and backfill
- Setting grade stakes, running a plate compactor, general labor
Requirements:
- Must be dependable and ready to work outdoors
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
- Transportation to our Heber shop required
Heavy Equipment Operator
We're hiring experienced operators to run excavators, skid steers, and loaders on custom home sites. Projects are fast-paced and high-end—accuracy, speed, and pride in your work are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy equipment
- Dig footings, trenches, basements, and rock walls
- Load trucks and assist with site grading and utility work
Requirements:
- Experience operating excavation equipment
- Attention to detail and jobsite awareness
- Reliable transportation to our Heber shop
Excavation Foreman
We're looking for an experienced excavation foreman to lead crews on high-end residential projects in the Heber–Park City area. Must be able to read plans, coordinate with GCs and subs, and manage daily operations on site. This is a leadership role—ideal for someone who leads from the front and keeps jobs moving.
Responsibilities:
- Lead excavation crews and oversee jobsite operations
- Coordinate with general contractors, inspectors, and suppliers
- Manage layout, trenching, digging, and utility installation
- Maintain production, safety, and equipment care
Requirements:
- Excavation experience (5+ years preferred)
- Reliable transportation to our Heber shop
- Strong communication and leadership skills
