JKT Excavation SMS Communications Consent & Policy

Purpose

JKT Excavation uses SMS text messaging solely for internal operational communications with our employees. Messages are sent from our dispatch management system (JKT Hub) to company truck drivers and field personnel to communicate daily route assignments, schedule updates, and dispatch confirmations.

Who Receives Messages

SMS messages are sent exclusively to W-2 employees of JKT Excavation. No consumers, customers, vendors, or external parties receive messages from this number. Recipients are limited to approximately 11 company CDL truck drivers and field supervisors.

Types of Messages Sent

Messages from JKT Excavation may include:

  • Daily dispatch route assignments (job site address, truck/trailer assignment, task type)
  • Weekly schedule notifications with a link to review upcoming assignments
  • Schedule change alerts when dispatch assignments are created or updated
  • Field check-in requests for foremen to confirm or adjust the upcoming week's schedule

Sample Messages

"JKT Dispatch: You are assigned to Honey Hollow Subdivision tomorrow (3/25). Truck: T40, Trailer: Belly. AM haul-off, PM material delivery. Reply STOP to opt out."

"JKT Dispatch: Your schedule for the week of 3/23 is ready. Tap here to review: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."

How Consent Is Obtained

Drivers provide their mobile phone number during the employee onboarding process when hired by JKT Excavation. During onboarding, drivers are verbally informed that the company dispatch system will send them text messages containing daily route assignments and schedule updates. Drivers acknowledge and consent to receiving these operational messages as a condition of their employment in the dispatch role.

Phone numbers are entered into our internal dispatch management system (JKT Hub) by company administrators only. No phone numbers are collected from external sources, purchased lists, or web forms.

Message Frequency

Drivers typically receive 1–3 messages per working day during active dispatch periods, and one weekly schedule summary message. Estimated monthly volume is under 500 total messages across all recipients.

Opt-Out

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Drivers may also request removal by contacting their dispatcher or the JKT Excavation office directly.

Help

Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. They will receive: "JKT Dispatch: For help with dispatch messages, contact your dispatcher or call the JKT Excavation office. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
